What is perpetual care?
A portion of the purchase price of property is placed in a trust fund. The interest earned is used to provide uniform general care in perpetuity for graves, crypts, niches, and general cemetery maintenance, such as mowing and trimming. Perpetual care does not include decoration services such as wreaths and flowerbeds.
