Accessible Services
Waukesha Metro's fixed route fleet is wheelchair accessible, but not all of our stops allow us to use our accessible features. Wheelchair users and people with other disabilities can call Waukesha Metro at 262-524-3636 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. to determine if a bus stop is accessible.

Passenger Conduct
The Waukesha Transit Commission has adopted a Passenger Conduct Policy that provides guidelines of what behaviors and situations may warrant Waukesha Metro Transit to not allow and/or suspend individuals from the Waukesha Metro Transit facilities and buses. The Passenger Conduct Policy is designed make passengers and citizens aware of what behaviors and situations are not acceptable. The goal of this policy is to make Waukesha Metro Transit as pleasant as possible for all that use the system and facilities.
