Mindiola Park Economic Impact Study Request for Proposals
The City of Waukesha is seeking proposals to conduct a study of the economic impact of the development of a comprehensive Community Soccer Complex at Mindiola Park in the City of Waukesha. Mindiola Park is located adjacent to an existing, but aging, commercial district on Sunset Dr. The Redevelopment Authority seeks information on the types of business that would benefit from and be attracted to a new soccer complex. This study will be used to help create redevelopment plans for the surrounding area and targeted business recruitment to the area. Please review the RFP and the April 8 Addendum to the RFP for the full scope of the project

Protocol for Inspections During Covid-19 Pandemic
- At time of scheduling, inform Inspector of any Covid-19 history on site.
- The Inspector will walk only with the required individuals necessary for the inspection.
- Masks (PPE) will be required by all individuals that are participating in the inspection.
- The areas of the building requested to be inspected are only to be occupied by the inspection staff and individuals participating in the inspection. No other workers to be located or working in those areas.
Remote Video Inspections Now Available
On a case by case basis, the building inspection division is allowing for remote video inspections in lieu of an in-person inspections during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are able to perform video inspections using various video streaming apps and platforms. Please see the attached guidelines for more details.
