  • 1-200 people: $375/hour Resident, $395/hour Non-Resident
  • 200+ people: $425/hour Resident, $445/hour Non-Resident

Availability

  • June 19 - August 15
    • Saturdays from 8:00-10:00 p.m.
    • Sundays from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Policies

Reservations and payment must be made 7 days in advance. Reservations taken at the Waukesha Parks, Recreation and Forestry Office. If pool is closed, we will refund or reschedule your party.

"Splashtastic" Birthday Party Application

Birthday Party Availability

  • Available at either Horeb Springs Aquatic Center or Buchner Park Community Room and Pool.
  • Will be available June 14 - August 20.
  • Birthday Party rentals are available for up to a 3 hour time period.
  • Monday - Friday 1:00-4:00 p.m. (June 21-Aug. 12); 1:00-7:30 p.m. (Aug. 16-20)
  • Saturdays 12:30-7:30 p.m. during Open Swim
  • Sundays 10:00 a.m.-Noon during Family Swim; 1:00-6:30 p.m. during Open Swim
Rates

For up to 8 children and 3 adults:

Residents: $99 | Non-Residents: $119

$10 for each additional participant (adult or child)
Maximum Party Size: 16 children, 6 adults
(Note: Adults 18 years and older)

What is included in a "Splashtastic" Birthday Party?
  • Admission to the pool
  • Party Table to open presents
  • Unlimited use of slides (48" and taller)
  • Slice of pizza, chicken nuggets or hot dog; Popcorn; Slushie or Soda
  • We will supply table cloth, napkins, plates, and condiments. 

Policies

Reservations and payment must be made seven days in advance. Reservations taken at the WPRF Office. If pool is closed we will refund or reschedule your party. All pool rules and regulations will be enforced.
