Customer Service Window
All in person customer activities with Waukesha Metro Transit occur at the Customer Service Window at the Transit Center. These activities include:
Applying for employment with Metro
Lost and Found
Obtaining information about Metro's services in person
Obtaining or renewing a Reduced Fare or Metrolift ID
The hours for the Customer Service Window will be Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Transit Center is located at 212 E. St. Paul Ave., Waukesha.

Hearing Impaired passengers may contact Waukesha Metro Transit by using the Wisconsin Telecommunications Relay System (WTRS). The numbers for the WTRS are:
