Simplifying the Way You Do Business with Your City
The City of Waukesha is pleased to announce the launch of TRAKiT, an internet-based software package that allows online access to numerous city resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These resources allow the user to submit plans, pay for permits, request inspections, track reviews, and monitor projects and permits. Users will also be able to submit property concerns to the City.
Among the departments that utilize the TRAKiT system are Building Inspection, Planning, Engineering, and the Fire department.

Log Into eTrakiT
The public portal for the TRAKiT system is eTRAKiT. If you are a contractor, you must first contact the City of Waukesha at 262-524-3530 for assistance with the creation of your username and password. If you are a public user, please proceed to the eTRAKiT portal.
When fully integrated, the TRAKiT software system is going to allow contractors, architects, engineers, or homeowners to electronically submit plan commission or building permit applications as well as monitor the process from their home computer.
