Holiday Tree Pickup

City of Waukesha residents may set out their holiday tree at the curb during the month of January for pickup.  The Department of Public Works crews will pick up the trees as time allows (plowing streets and other projects may take priority).  NOTE: the garbage company will not be taking the real trees on garbage days.

All holiday trees MUST be free of tree stands, lights, decorations, or any other object on the tree.  Also, trees should NOT be in plastic bags.

Wreaths and plastic/fake trees will NOT be picked up by the Department of Public Works.  Those may be set out for pickup by the garbage.

Residents may also bring their real holiday tree to the city Drop-Off Center in the month of January at no charge.
