Senior Programs

Seniors are welcome and encouraged to participate in the following adult and senior programs (advertised in our Activity Guide). Program areas:
  • Aquasize and Open Swim programs
  • Art Programs (Painting, etc.)
  • Bocce Ball and Pickleball
  • Bridge (Many different levels and types)
  • Fitness classes (Cardio Blast, Cardio Dance, Movers and Shakers, Yoga, Zumba Gold, Frame Fitness and Tai Chi programs)
  • Golden Agers - A Card and Game Playing Social Club
  • Golf Lessons
  • Knitting and Needlework
  • Tennis Lessons
