REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO OPERATE
BUS ADVERTISING SALES



Proposals will be received by the City of Waukesha Transit Commission at its office at 2311 Badger Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188-5932 until 11:00am Central Standard Time on Monday, September 10, 2018 for the service contract to provide bus advertising sales beginning April 1, 2019.

The award to be let under this solicitation are subject to a financial assistance contract between the City of Waukesha, the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The successful contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations and will be required to certify that it is not ineligible for a federally assisted contract.

USED BUS


The Waukesha Transit Commission requests bids for the sale of one (1) thirty five (35) foot, 2004 Gillig Low Floor buses. The bus will be sold to the highest bidder on "as is, where is" basis. The bids shall be of a sealed type and shall be accepted until 2:00 p.m. (Central) Tuesday, August 22, 2018, at which time they will be opened and reviewed. WTC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. These buses can be inspected between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday by appointment only.

FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE DOWNTOWN
TRANSIT CENTER AND PARKING RAMP

Sealed bids must be received by and will be opened on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, at the City of Waukesha Transit Commission Office at 2311 Badger Dr., Waukesha, WI 53188-3616 for janitorial services at the downtown transit center and parking ramp in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

The award to be let under this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance contract between the City of Waukesha and the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The successful contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations and will be required to certify that it is not ineligible for a federally assisted contract.
